Leaders inspire, heal, and aid the other characters in an adventuring group. Leaders have good defenses but their strength lies in powers that protect their companions and target specific foes for the party to concentrate on.

Ardents, Clerics, Bards, Shamans, and Warlords are all Leaders.

HP = (lvl * 5) + 7 + CON score
Healing surges = 7 + CON mod
AC = 15 + lvl
WRE = 13 + lvl

Weapon proficiencies:
Simple melee- All classes
Military melee- Ardent (Longspears for Shamans)
Simple ranged- Ardent, Bard, Cleric
Military ranged- Bard

Armor proficiencies:
Cloth- All classes
Leather- Ardent, Bard, Cleric, Shaman, Warlord
Hide- Ardent, Bard, Cleric, Warlord
Chainmail- Ardent, Bard, Cleric, Warlord
Light Shield- Bard, Warlord
